Configuration
This machine combines the functions of both planer and sander. Its
sanding frame is composed of two parts that are frame U coming with
thickness-calibration roller and two assembled frames R-RP.

Applications
FRIEND planer and sander is an assembled machine tool, which
provides both planing and sanding functions. It is mainly used for
planing and thickness calibration of solid wood board and solid
wood panel.
Features
1. The screw planing roller comes with rotatable super hard blade.
2. The front sanding frame is a roller type one which is suitable
for heavy duty sanding performances.
3. The rear sanding frame is an assembled one which is suitable for
precise sanding.
4. FRIEND planer and sander comes with a pole to control the swing
of the sand belt.
5. Conveyor adopts stepless speed regulating, so the range of speed
regulation is very side.
6. The magnetic grid and counter control and display the width,
which makes the operation easy and convenient.
7. This planer and sander is equipped with imported conveyer to
ensure the precision of processing.
By now, FRIEND planing and sanding machine has been exported to
European countries, the United States, Russia, Vietnam, Pakistan,
Spain, Thailand, Mexico, India, among many others.
Notes
1. Before using, please read the operation manual carefully and do
according to it strictly.
2. Regular check and maintenance is necessary to extend the service
life of this planer and sander.
3. Don’t modify the wood sander without authority.
4. Operators should wear dustproof clothing before operation.
5. FRIEND sanding machine is not designed for outdoor applications.
So please don’t use it in rainy, snow, high temperature, and severe
vibration environments.
